Student Housing

In 1997, The Dinerstein Companies, recognized the need to provide high-quality housing designed specifically for college students. After surveying schools located all across the country, the Dinerstein Principals found the existing student supply to be inadequate. Consequently, Sterling Housing was formed to develop collegiate residences nationwide.

To date, Sterling University Housing has developed thirty-seven different properties and managed over 23,000 student beds. Over the past seven years, Sterling University Housing has built a national company and brand name.
